West Side, Greenville… who am I, Rand McNally… I go five
blocks from my apartment and I get confused… used to be a nursing home for the elderly,
now it’s a rehab place… a friend of mine broke his hip – get well soon – I have
nothing insightful to say, I just dug the statues around the facility – which
was across the street from what looked like a former school, and was also near
a church – you have go through an ultra-urban section to get there from here
but then there was like a compressed suburb. The statues enhanced a placid
atmosphere. The name – St. Ann’s Home – is a possessive, but isn’t it also a
contraction. Think about it… Get well soon Charley.
