Tug Boat & Tanker

Can’t you smell the all spice. You actually see a little more activity on the Hudson if you stroll along the banks during a weekday than a weekend. Saw this tanker being pushed by a tug boat. Just like in my bath tub, except there they would be attacked by the rubber ducky. This image has probably not changed, externally for at least a century. Where is the harbor master, I assume the ferry was synchronized so it would bypass the tanker and tug boat. What you are seeing is where the river meets the bay, and once the Tug Boat traverses the bay, the tanker is on its own.
